Grades of Maple Syrup
Syrup is graded by measuring light transference. Each grade has a slightly different flavour and is not something we change!
Golden: This syrup has a delicate flavour. Used to make ‘maple butter’.
Amber: is a rich tasting maple syrup
Dark: Dark syrup has a more intense maple flavour. Used in baking or for meat glazes or on your pancakes & waffles!
Very Dark: Strong maple flavour used for commercial purposes. Rarely produced.

Maple butter contains no dairy products. It is made from pure, golden maple syrup. Delicious on toasted bread, bagels or used as a glaze on roasts or salmon.
